We offer efficient delivery services within Germany and the EU.

Within Germany:

Standard delivery: 6–12 working days (from dispatch date)

Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders over €60; €4.90 for orders under €60.

EU:

Delivery time: 6–12 working days (from shipping date)

Order processing: We process your order within 1–2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number after shipment.

2. Our promise: 30-day hassle-free return and exchange

30-day hassle-free return policy: You have a 30-day, hassle-free return policy from the date you receive the goods.

Additional rights for EU customers: According to EU regulations, you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Free return shipping: We offer free returns within Germany and the EU.

3. What if my item arrives damaged?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Should your item be damaged:

To make your artwork shine for longer:

Daily cleaning: Gently wipe away dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

Optimal environment: Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high humidity.

Special materials: For glass/crystal pieces, you can use some alcohol-free glass cleaner.
