🚚 Shipping within Germany

• Delivery time: 6–12 working days (from shipping date)
• Shipping method: DHL Express (with tracking)
• Shipping costs:

Orders over €60 → Free shipping

Orders under €60 → Shipping costs €4.90

🌍 EU:

• Delivery time : 6–12 working days (from shipping date)
• Shipping method : DHL International

Note : For orders outside the EU, customs duties and additional costs may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

📦 Order processing

• We will process your order within 1-2 working days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Order deadline: 00:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Berlin). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
• After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your package in real time.

• Should you not receive your package within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately at 888@jemento.com.
• International deliveries may be delayed due to customs inspections or weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

↩️ Return policy

• We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return policy (from receipt of goods).
• Within Germany and the EU: Free returns (you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU regulations).
• Please ensure that the returned item is unused, the labels are undamaged, and the original packaging is present.
